They developed a points system which helps track how much of each food can be eaten while still staying within the requirements for weight loss. The weight watcher’s list is not correct. I believe the lowest amount of points anyone can have is 26. I’m in the 250-274lb range and have 35 points. My husband is over 300lbs and has over 60 points. Double-check your sources, please!
